Might and Magic - Worlds of Xeen is really two games (mm4 Clouds of Xeen and mm5 Darkside of Xeen) rolled into one. Try to get the version that allows you to play both at once. Your characters can travel back and forth from one to the other giving you an immense world to explore as well as well as the possibility of building a very powerful party of adventurers. Resources below that are listed as "Worlds of Xeen" apply to the double version of the game.

    • Bones' Combat Guide to Might and Magic 6. An excellent combat how-to, a must-have.
    • Magic Grounds. Has detailed walkthroughs of quests, area guides with keyed maps, the dungeon maps are some of the best for this game. An excellent site.
    • Mandate Mania. Has the usual MM stuff, travel schedules, quests, easter eggs, and maps. Many of his maps (like of towns and dungeons) are FOR SALE but he has a big, beautiful, FREE, annotated map of Enroth (worth getting). A bit mercenary but otherwise a good site.

I have been using mmm6edt11.zip (Matt's Might and Magic VI Editor) but it doesn't do items. I recommend trying mm6edt36.zip (Elrond's Editor) - it does party, items, character skills, spells, etc. or mm6edt30.zip (also does items).

 

Might and Magic 7: For Blood and Honor (mm7)

    • : ) MM Worlds - MM8. Has discussions of character, skills, and skill development, spells (downloadable .pdf) and some maps with keys. A good site in progress.
    • : ) Might and Magic VIII. Has region maps with keys, spells, alchemy, a discussions of races, links for MM8. Some of his category links (like quests) are broken but otherwise a fairly good site.
    • : ) Might and Magic VIII Shrine. There is very little here right now, mostly under construction. However, these shrines are excellent when complete, so give him a visit periodically.

    • Flamestryke's MM9. Has discussions of game bugs, character development, oddities, respawn times, lists of npcs, quests, shops, services and spells. Alos has maps of towns, regions and dungeons with walkthrus and strategy. Excellent site.
    • MM Worlds - MM9. A very good site in progress. Has an overview of the game, discussions of character development, skills by character, training locations, magic, and bugs. Has getting started hints and maps with keys and dungeon tips. A lot of the stuff is available as downloadable .pdf files.
    • ==[Might and Magic IX]==. French MM9 site, has maps with keys, links, etc. Has region guides with maps and descriptions in .pdf downloadable format, excellent, detailed -- polish up your French, these are worth having. Excellent site.
